Returns
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Pending Orders
We are very excited that you chose to shop WKC and we are working diligently to process each and every order that we receive. After placing your order through our site, you should have received an order confirmation email. In three to five business days (which does not include the weekends or holidays), we will send you tracking information for these orders. This time period does not include the time it takes to ship the items included in your order, the timing of which is determined by USPS Priority Mail (“Priority Mail”)
Priority Mail
In addition, Priority Mail is an expedited, safe, and reliable means to send packages to our customers. Based on customer feedback, Priority Mail orders are delivered in two to three business days.
